| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对运行病历的质量控制，研究运行病历的质控方法，寻找病历质控的重点环节。方法：通过病例分型的前馈控制机制，对831份运行病历进行质量检查，对病历缺陷进行分析，并使病历缺陷得到及时纠正。结果：共查出病历缺陷1347条，有1058条得到了及时纠正，占78．5％，保证了病历质量的持续改进与提高。结论：运用病例分型管理方法加强运行病历的质量控制，是病历质量控制的重点环节之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: The quality control for running record cases was analyzed to find keys in quality control.Methods:Using a pre-control system of case variety,qualities of 831 running record cases were checked.Defective medical records were analyzed and rectified in time.Results:1 347 defects were found.Among them,1 058 defects were rectified in time which equals 78.5% of the total records.This guaranteed a persistent improvement of the medical record quality.Conclusion: Application of case variety method is a key to strengthen the quality control of running records. |
