| 摘 要： | 目的研究药用真菌阿里红Fomesofficinalis的化学成分,为阐明其有效成分提供依据。方法利用硅胶柱色谱进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据(IR、UV、MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR)鉴定其结构,并研究其对凝血酶(thrombin)的抑制作用。结果从其氯仿洗物中分离得到7个三萜酸类化合物,分别鉴定为:3-酮基-去氢硫色多孔菌酸(3-keto-dehydrosulfurenic,Ⅰ)、去氢齿孔酸(dehydroeburicoicacid,Ⅱ)、齿孔酸(eburicoicacid,Ⅲ)、硫色多孔菌酸(sulphurenicacid,Ⅳ)、去氢硫色多孔菌酸(dehydrosulphurenicacid,Ⅴ)、去氢齿孔酮酸(dehydroeburiconicacid,Ⅵ)、变孔孔菌酸D(versisponicacidD,Ⅶ)。化合物Ⅶ对thrombin的抑制率为45.36%,而其他化合物抑制作用不明显。结论化合物Ⅴ、Ⅶ为首次从该属真菌中分离得到。除化合物Ⅶ在较高浓度对thrombin有一定的抑制作用外,其他化合物的抑制作用不明显。
