半夏刺激性(动物实验)量化指标的研究

目的：研究半夏刺激性的量化指标。方法：采用比色法、紫外分光光度法、荧光分光光度法等。结果：实验研究表明，半夏粉末混悬液腹腔注射中使小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透 增加；腹腔渗出液增加；渗出液中炎症介质ＰＧＥ２含量增加；组胺含量下降，这种作用与０．１醋酸腹腔注结果相似，可被扑尔敏阻断结论：半夏的刺激性类似于炎症反应，可采用炎症指标进行检测。

Studies on Quantification Indexes in Stimulation of Raw Rhizoma Pinellia

Objective:To study the quantification indexes of stimulation of raw Rhizoma Pinelia.Methods:Using the visible spectrophotometry, ultroviolet spectrophotometry, fluoresscent spectrophotometry and so on. Results:The research results showed that the suspention of raw khizoma Pinellia powder would result in the increases of capillary permeability, abdominal exudate and PGE 2 level of inflammatory material in exudate, and decrease of histamine level when it was injected into abdominal carity of mice, which was similar to the results of i.p 0.1% acetic acid solution and would be blocked by chlorpoheniramine.Conclusions: The stimulation of raw Rhizoma Pinellia was resemble with the inflammatory reactions of body and can be detected by the quantification indexes above mentioned.
