| 摘 要： | 目的总结22例糖尿病足患者的护理体会。方法回顾性分析22例糖尿病足住院患者的临床资料。结果本组溃疡完全愈合15例，好转5例，转科治疗1例，自动出院1例。结论胰岛素泵控制血糖及加强糖尿病足溃疡的护理可促进溃疡愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing care of 22 patients with diabetic foot. Methods Clinical data of 22cases with diabetic foot were analyzed retrospectively. Results 15 cases ulcers healed fully,five cases improved, 1 ease transferred to others department and 1 case automatically discharged.Conclusion Controlling of blood glucose by insulin pump and strengthenning the nursing care of patients with diabetic foot could promote their ulceration healing. |
