克隆特含漱液对口腔常见16种细菌的抑菌作用

目的探讨克隆特合漱液对口腔细菌的抑菌作用。方法将１２株厌氧菌、兼性厌氧菌及早株需氧菌分别接种在含不同浓度克隆特含漱液的培养基上，分别置入厌氧、需氧环境培养，观察抑菌效果，并与甲硝哇稀释液和克隆特含激液空白基质进行对比分析。结果克隆特含漱液稀释１０００倍时（含主药５．０旭／ｍｌ）对所有厌氧菌、兼性厌氧菌均有很强的抑菌作用；稀释１２０倍（４１．７＃ｇ／ｍｌ）时对甲、乙型溶血性链球菌有抑菌作用，对其它两种需氧菌无抑菌作用．结论克隆特含激液对口腔常见１６株细菌中的１４ｋ＄明显抑菌作用，可作为牙周组织疾病治疗或辅助治疗的药物之一。

Bacteriostasis of CLONT Gargle for common 16 strains bacteria in oral cavity

Objective To explore the bacteriostasis ofCLONT gargle for common 16 strainsbacteria inoral cavity.Metholl Tevelve strains anaerobic andfacultative anaerobe and 4 strain aerobe wererespectively inoculated into the culture mediumwith CIONT garge containing different concentration, and then they were separately put intO theanaerobic and aerobic culture so as to beobserved, and the results were compact withmetrotudazole diluent nuid and blank matrix ofCIOWr.Result it has strong bacteriostasis for all theobligate and facultive anaerobe when the CIONTgargling fluid was diluted as many as 1000 tab,no becteriostasis for other obligate aerobe whendiluted 120 tab.Conclusion CIONT gargling fluid has clearbact6riostasis for common 14 strain bacterio of 16strain in the mouth, it can be first chosen as oneof the medicines to treat the diseases ofPeriodontium.
