胎盘免疫调节肽抑瘤效应的研究

目的探讨胎盘免疫调节肽对小鼠的直接抑瘤效应．方法小鼠接种Ｓ１８０或ＦＣ瘤细胞后，注射胎盘免疫调节肽治疗１０～１２ｄ，观察其肿瘤的重量或转移灶结节数．通过胎盘免疫调节肽对肿瘤细胞的直接作用，研究胎盘免疫调节肽的抑瘤效应．结果小鼠体内实验结果表明：腹腔注射胎盘免疫调节肽对小鼠Ｓ１８０肉瘤进行防治和治疗，胎盘免疫调节肽可明显抑制肿瘤细胞的生长，其抑瘤率分别达５５％和４５％．对小鼠自发肺转移实验证明，胎盘免疫调节肽可明显抑制肿瘤细胞的转移．结论胎盘免疫调节肽可明显地抑制Ｓ１８０细胞的生长和ＦＣ细胞的转移．

A study of inhibiting effect of placental immunoregulating polypeptide on tumor cell

Objective To research direct inhibitory effect of placental irnmunoregulating polypeptide (PIP) on tumor cell in miceMethods After inoculating the S180cell or FC cell, the mice were treated for the 10￣ 12 days with the placentalimmunoregulating polypeptide.Meantime the weight of the tumor and the amount of the rnetastatic neoplasm nodules were observed. Direct inhibitory effect of PIP on tumor cell was studied. Results When PIP was given by ip, growth of 5180 cell was inhibited, the inhibitory rate of PIP for 5180 tumor in tumor-bearing mice were 55 % and 45 %in the prevention and treatment group respectively. The result of the experiment was also identified that PIP may inhibit the metastasis of FC cell to the lung obviously. Conclusion PIP may inhibit the growth o the S180 cell and the metastasis of the FCcell obviously.
