摘    要:目的探讨提取茶多酚的先进工艺,提供临床药用的可行性。方法应用聚酰胺吸附层析法,从香山绿茶的水提取物中分离精制茶多酚。结果聚酰胺吸附层析法提取的茶多酚纯度高(96%),产量约15%。结论该法经济简便,优于目前所应用的其它提取方法。

Abstract:To research the advance technology of the purified tea polyphenol and provide the feasibility for clinical application and family food addition.Method The purified tea polyphenol was extracted from xiangshan green tea with polyamide chromatography.Results The tea polyphenol extracted with polyamide chromatography possessed higher purity (96%) and product (about 15%).Conclusion The technology of polyamide chromatography is a simple and economical method and superior to others.
