日本血吸虫感染家兔血中循环抗原生理波动性研究

摘    要:目的观察日本血吸虫。类循环抗原(CAgs)早晚间血中浓度变化情况。方法9只家兔分为感染组和对照组,于感染后的21wkd3早晚间分别果血,分高血清.并用斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(Dot—FLISA)分别检测三类CAgs.结果三类CAgs水平在一天内无显著性变化。结论CAgs的检测结果在一天之内不受采血时间的影响.

Abstract:Objective To observe the circadian fluctuation of three kinds of circulating antigens (CAgs) of Schistosoma japonicun (Sj)Methods Nine rabbits divided into infected group and control group.The sera of rabbits were collected at third day in two intervals during a 24-hour period. Three kinds of CAgs were detected with Dot-ELISA.Pcsults There were no significance ciradian variability in three kinds of CAgs.Conclusion The detection of CAgs is not affected by blood taking time in 24-hour period.
