| 摘 要： | 目的探讨医源性小儿气管、支气管破裂的外科治疗方法．方法根据气管、支气管破损程度，分别采用颈部深筋膜切开１４例，胸膜腔闭式引流１０例，气管膜部修补５例，病肺切除术２例．结果本组３１例患儿全部治愈．结论严密观察，及时处理，恰当选择外科手术方法是提高疗效的关键．

| Abstract: | To make a thorough inquiry into the selection of surgical therapeutic method in iatrogenic tracheobronchial rupture in children.Methods According to the degree oftracheobronchial injury, the cervical deep fasciotomy in 14 patients, the closed drainage pleural cavity in 10 patients, the repair of tracheal membranous part in 5 patients and resectionof middle lobe of right lung in 2 patients were performed respectively.Results All of 31 cases in this paper were cured and the curative effect was satisfactory.Conclusions The key of increasing therapeutic effecancy is close observation, timely treatment and suitable selection of operative method for iatrogenic bronchotracheal rupture. |
