阴道分泌物病原菌分布与耐药性分析

摘    要:目的了解柳州地区细菌性阴道炎患者阴道分泌物中的病原菌分布与耐药性变化情况。方法取874例门诊患者的阴道分泌物进行细菌培养,用湖南长沙天地人微生物鉴定药敏一体化系统进行分析。结果874例标本共分离出致病菌544例,阳性率为62.2%,其中革兰阴性菌175例,革兰阳性菌369例,分别占544例的32.2%和67.8%。大肠埃希菌、酵母样菌和葡萄球菌为主要致病菌。药敏显示:大肠埃希菌和克雷伯菌对氨苄西林的耐药率最高,沙雷菌对氨曲南和庆大霉素的耐药率最高,美洛培南末发现耐药株;葡萄球菌、链球菌和肠球菌对阿齐霉素、红霉素、四环素有较高的耐药率,克林霉素对肠球菌不敏感,万古霉素未发现耐药株。结论药敏试验对指导临床用药致关重要,美洛培南和万古霉素仍然是本地区治疗由革兰阴性菌和革兰阳性菌(除酵母样菌外)引起的细菌性阴道炎的最佳药物,但不是首选药物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of distribution and tolerance of vaginal discharge pathogen in patients with bacterial vaginitis in Linzhou area.Methods The vaginal discharges of 874 outpatients with bacterlal vaginitiswere collected for culture of bactena,and the results were analyzed by using Tiandiron Bio-assay drug-sensitive inttegraton system(Changsha,Hunan).Results Totally 544 samples of pathogens were isolated from all the 874 samoles.and the positive rate was 62.2%,inclnding 175 samples(33.2%) ...
