超声诊断晚期妊娠羊水过少对围产期结局的影响

目的探讨超声诊断晚期妊娠羊水过少，对围产期结局影响的临床价值。方法超声测量最大羊水池深度（AFD）和羊水指数（AFI），以AFD〈3cm和／或AFI〈8cm为超声诊断羊水过少的标准。选择年龄相近羊水正常孕妇100例作为对照组。结果与对照组相比，妊娠晚期羊水过少孕妇剖宫产率、羊水污染、胎儿窘迫及新生儿窒息的机会明显增加。各指标间差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论羊水过少在妊娠晚期都会给围生儿造成不良的影响，是围生儿危险的征兆。超声诊断具有很高的临床应用价值。

Influence on perinatal outcome of ultrasonographic diagnosis in oligohydramnios in term pregnancies

[Objective] To explore the clinical value of the effect of oligohydramnios in term pregnancies on the perinatal outome,determined by ultrasonography. [Methods] Oligohydramnios were determined by ultrasonography in amniotic fluid index (AFI) <8 cm and /or amniotic fluid deep (AFD) <3 cm, 100 cases as the control group with normal amniotic fluid volume. [Results] Cesarean section, contaminated amniotic fouid, intrauterine fetus distress and asphyxia neonatorum often appeared in patient group. They were significantly higher than the control group. [Conclusion] Oligohydramnios is deleterious to perinataltetus in different period, which is a dangerous sign for perineonate. Ultrasonography diagnosis is useful for clinic.
