云母微化颗粒化学成分变化研究

摘    要:目的:探讨云母微化处理对晶体结构、元素溶出的作用及介质对元素溶出的影响。方法:采用等离子发射光谱测定了云母微化处理前后在水中及微化颗粒在水、醋酸、盐酸和氢氧化钠4种介质中宏微量元素。对微化处理前后的云母进行IR光谱和X-射线晶体衍射测定。结果:云母制成微化颗粒后,比表面积增大,结晶水丢失,晶体物相改变,宏微量元素溶出改变且酸溶出液中元素的种类及含量明显增多。结论:云母微化颗粒晶体结构中较多的空位缺陷,有利于离子的交换扩散及比表面积增大可能是云母微化颗粒制剂对胃黏膜修复再生的作用机理之一。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate crystal structure of micro and raw mica and the effects of micro-prepared and media to solution of inorganic elements. Methed: The contents of major and trace elements of micro-mica in four different media, H2O, HAc, HCl and NaOH, and ones of raw mica in water were determined with ICP-AES. The structures of isinglass and its preparation were identified by IR spectrum and X-ray crystallography. Result: The results of treating mica include increasing of surface area, more crystal defects, phase transformation, change of chemical components and significantly increasing of kinds and contents of major and trace elements in 1% HCl. Conclusion: More crystal vacancy rooting in the change of change of chemical components and crystal structures is very helpful for solution, ion-exchange and diffusion, and more surface area may be considered to be one of the mechanism of micro-mica to improve regeneration and repair of gastric mucosa.
