| 摘 要： | 目的确定关节镜探查对膝关节骨关节炎的诊断价值,探讨关节清理及软骨表面化技术对膝关节骨关节炎的治疗效果。方法关节镜探查43例（51膝）膝关节骨关节炎患者,采用关节清理及软骨表面化技术治疗,术后随访6个月-4年。结果本组经关节镜检查均证实有骨关节炎存在,对比术前X线片诊断符合率64.7%。术后随访1年优良率92.1%,2年以上优良率66.6%。结论关节镜探查对膝关节骨关节炎能提高诊断的准确率,镜下清理术及软骨表面化技术处理治疗膝关节骨关节炎可有效缓解患者的疼痛,改善关节的功能,延迟骨关节炎的病程,手术微创、安全高效。
