| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断阴囊急症的临床价值。方法:利用东芝DP-6600超声诊断仪对79例阴囊急症进行双侧对比及连续多次扫查,对其灰阶声像图、彩色多普勒及脉冲多普勒特征进行总结分析,并与手术及病理结果对照。结果:79例阴囊急症中,超声诊断急性睾丸附睾炎29例,睾丸扭转22例,睾丸外伤15例,腹股沟斜疝嵌顿13例。40例进行了手术治疗,所有手术及病理诊断与超声诊断相符。其中3例睾丸扭转因确诊太晚,睾丸缺血坏死被切除。37例非手术治疗后通过超声随访诊断得到证实。2例早期睾丸扭转超声动态观察,扭转自动复位,避免了手术治疗。结论:彩色多普勒超声对阴囊急症的急诊诊断、治疗方法选择及疗效评估均有一定的临床价值。
