| 摘 要： | 胰腺癌是发达国家和地区癌症相关死亡的主要原因之一,在中国的发病率也越来越高。Sp1(specificity protein1)是一个序列特异的DNA结合蛋白,在调节肿瘤细胞生长、分化、转移及血管生成过程中起重要作用。研究发现,Sp1在胰腺癌的发生、发展中发挥重要作用,可能是一个新的生物学标志,标识胰腺癌的侵袭性生物学行为,并为胰腺癌的治疗提供新的靶点。

| Abstract: | Pancreatic adenocarcinoma is one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths in developed countries and regions. The incidence of pancreatic cancer increases year by year in China. Sp1 (specificity protein 1) is a sequence-specific DNA binding protein, which is important in the growth, differentiation and metastasis of tumor cells, as well as the tumor angiogenesis.
