摘    要:目的探讨介入治疗输卵管妊娠的围手术期最佳护理方法。方法32例明确诊断未破裂出血的输卵管妊娠患者,采用Sed inger技术,行超选择子宫动脉造影后经导管注入甲氨喋呤60-100 mg,用明胶海绵颗粒对子宫动脉行完全性栓塞,围手术期全程规范化护理。结果32例中29例获得成功,3例失败改行手术治疗,无特殊不良反应发生。结论介入治疗输卵管妊娠安全、有效,操作简单。围手术期规范而精心地护理,有利于手术顺利进行和术后患者的康复。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the main points about nursing of interventional radiology in treating tubal pregnancy.Methods 32 cases with tubal pregnancy who had been diagnosed not broken to bleed were performed with Sedinger's technique.Adopt the Sedinger's technology to 32 tubal pregnancy patients who had diagnosed not broken to bleed.Infusing methotrexate with 60~100 mg through duct after ultraselection uterine artery visualization.The uterine artery was blocked completely by spongia gelatinosa granula.The whole range was performed with normalization nursing in amboperation period.Results 29 cases were successful in treatment.3 cases treated with surgery finally because of failure.There was no adverse effect occuring.Conclusion It is sfte and good for interventional therapy in treating tubal pregnancy,also the manipulation is simple.Normative and elaborative nursing in amb-operation period is good for rehabil of patients and the operation which can be performed smoothly.
