旋前外旋型踝关节骨折的手术治疗效果分析(附160例报道)

[目的]观察旋前外旋型踝关节骨折的手术治疗效果。[方法]选择某院自2008年1月～2011年1月收治的160例旋前外旋型踝关节骨折患者,根据切开复位内固定物的不同分为普通钢板组、锁定钢板组、拉力螺丝钉组、可吸收螺丝钉组各40例。对各种内固定物进行手术的疗效及并发症情况进行对比分析。[结果]各组疗效差异无统计学意义,P﹥0.05。术后各组患者的手术愈合时间及术后肿胀消退时间差异无统计学意义,P﹥0.05。[结论]采用手术治疗旋前外旋型踝关节骨折优良率高,并发症少,术后愈合快,根据手术适应症情况来选择各种不同内固定物,有利于取得更好的手术效果。

PRONATION-EXTERNAL ROTATION ANKLE FRACTURES EFFECTIVENESS ANALYSIS(160 CASES REPORTED)

[Objective]To observe pronation-external rotation ankle fractures surgical treatment.[Methods]From January 2008 January 2011 in our hospital,160 cases with pronation-external rotation ankle fractures were treated according to open reduction and internal fixation,and they were divided into different common plate,locking plate group and pull screw group to absorb the screw group of 40 cases.Fixation surgery for a variety of efficacy and complications were analyzed.[Results]The results of each group showed no significant effect,P﹥0.05.Patients in each group after surgery healing time and postoperative swelling time there showed no significant difference(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]Surgical treatment of pronation-external rotation ankle fractures excellent rate,fewer complications,faster healing after surgery,the choice of different fixation conditions selected according to the indications for surgery,and help to achieve better surgical results.
