文献数据库在应对急性食物中毒文献检索中的应用研究

目的]以急性食物中毒病种为例,建立一条查全、查准、及时、有针对性的最优化的应对突发公共卫生事件的文献信息检索途径和方法。方法]选取2001～2005年共12起食物中毒为研究对象,采用多组不同的检索表达式或检索策略在中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)、国家科技图书文献中心(NSTL)、万方数据库(WF)、中国医院知识仓库(CHKD)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文生物医学期刊文献数据库(CMCC)6个国内医药卫生权威文献数据库进行检索,依照文献检索效果评价标准和指标(查准率、查全率、收录率),用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果](1)采用"病名+食物中毒+地域名"的检索表达式是检索某一特定地域、特定时间发生的急性食物中毒的最优化的文献信息检索途径和方法。(2)采用"病名+食物中毒"的检索表达式是检索某种急性食物中毒一般概况的最优化的文献信息检索途径和方法。结论]此建立的检索方法,不但适用于急性食物中毒的文献检索,而且可应用到突发公共卫生事件的文献检索及医药卫生领域其它方面的文献检索,以拓宽传统文献检索的途径和方法,提高检索效果。

APPLICATION RESEARCH ON USING LITERATURE DATABASE TO SEARCH ACUTE FOOD POISONING LITERATURES

Objective]The acute food poisoning were used as an example in this study,and we set up a aimed,timely,rapidly,fully-searched,accurate-searched and most optimized method to deal with the literature searching of Public Health Emergency.Methods]We selected a 12 epidemic of acute food poisoning happened during the year 2001-2005,for the research,by using several different searching expressions or strategies to search articles in the following 6 national medical authoritative literature database:Chinese Science and Technology Literature Databases(VIP),National Science and Technology Library(NSTL),Wanfang Data(WF),China Hospital Knowledge Databases(CHKD),Chinese Biological and Medical Literature Databases(CBM)and Chinese Medical Periodical Literature database(CMCC),according to the literature searching effect evaluation standard(precision ratio,recall ratio and including rate),using SPSS 13.0 to do the statistic and analysis.Results](1)The most optimized literature searching method to find a certain zone/time/acute food poisoning was to use the searching expression "Disease Name + Food Poisoning + Zone Name".(2)The most optimized literature searching method to find the general information of a certain acute food poisoning is to use the following searching expression:"Disease Name + Food Poisoning".Conclusion]The method could not only be used to the literature searching of acute food poisoning,but also public health emergency,and other aspect in medical health field,it can widen the way and method of classic literature searching,and improve searching results.
