| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方金蟾胶囊对小鼠移植性肉瘤S180的抑制作用并探讨其作用机制。方法采用移植性肉瘤S180模型进行抑制肿瘤的实验,并应用流式细胞仪检测S180肿瘤细胞增殖周期。结果复方金蟾胶囊对S180肉瘤的抑制率大于40%,生命延长率大于39%,其促进S180肿瘤细胞凋亡,使细胞周期阻滞于G0G1期,减少增殖细胞在S期的分布,且呈明显量效关系。结论复方金蟾胶囊具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,且有明显量效关系。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the nhibitory effect of Compound Jinchan capsule on portability mice sarcoma S180,and approach the mechanism of action.Methods The portability sarcomas S180 model was prepared and used to inhibiting tumor experiment,and flow cytometry was used to detecte the proliferation cycle of S180 tumor cell.Results The inhibition rate of Compound Jinchan capsule on S180 sarcoma was more than 40%,and the life extended rate was more than 39%.Compound Jinchan capsule could promoted the apoptosis of S180 tumor cell,made the cell cycle arrest in G0/G1 period,and reduced the cell proliferation in the distribution of S phase.There was conspicuous dose-effect relationship.Conclusion Compound Jincshan capsule has the good antitumor function and with dose-effect relationship. |
