雷竹笋提取液对大鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用

目的探讨雷竹笋提取液对四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、雷竹笋提取液大剂量组、雷竹笋提取液小剂量组。采用腹腔注射四氯化碳制作大鼠肝损伤模型。正常对照组不予处理。造模后各组给予相应药物,正常对照组及模型组予等量生理盐水。于实验结束后处死各组大鼠,观察大鼠肝组织病理变化,测定各组大鼠血清和肝组织丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(ASF)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与模型组比较,雷竹笋提取液能减轻肝组织病理变化,显著降低大鼠血清和肝组织ALT和ASF的活性,升高SOD活性及降低MDA含量,且呈量效关系。结论雷竹笋提取液对四氯化碳致大鼠急性肝损伤有明显的防治作用,其机制可能与抗氧化反应有关。

Protection effect of ray bamboo shoots extracts on rats with experimental liver damage

Objective It is to observe the protection effect of ray bamboo shoots extracts on rats from acute experimental liver damage induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) and approach its mechanism of action.Methods All 40 rats were randomly assigned to control group(group A) and experimental groups(group B,C and D),each had 10 rats.The rats in experimental group were injected CCl4 into abdominal cavity to make the model of liver damage.Then,the rats were respectively given homologue drugs by irrigating stomach for 7 days.All rats were cut down after the experiment ending.The pathological changes of their liver tissue were observed.The activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartic transaminase(AST) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum,and the content of malonaldehyde(MDA) in liver tissue were detected.Results Compared with group B,the ray bamboo shoots extracts had reduced pathological changes of liver tissue,markedly decreased the activity of ALT and AST and the content of MDA,raised the activity of SOD,there was dose-effect relationship in the action.Conclusion The extract of ray bamboo shoots has a significant protection effect on rats from acute experimental liver damage by CCl4.The mechanism may be related to its effect of antioxidation.
