摘    要:[目的]调查引起此起食物中毒的病原菌。[方法]采集食物样品5份,病人呕吐物3份,按照《食品卫生微生物学检验》GB/T4789-2008进行检测。[结果]在1份食物样品和3份病人呕吐物中检出蜡样芽胞杆菌。[结论]该起食物中毒是由蜡样芽胞杆菌引起。

Abstract:[Objective]To survey the food-poisoning caused by a pathogenic bacteri.[Methods]five food examples were collected,and the three patient vomit were collected,they were detection according to《food hygiene microbiology test》GB/T4789-2008.[Results]Bacillus cereus were detected from a food example and the three patient vomit.[Conclusion]The food-poisoning was caused by Bacillus cereus.
