肝癌的三维适形放疗与常规放疗治疗效果对比分析

目的]探讨肝癌的三维适形放疗治疗原发性肝癌的近期及远期疗效和不良反应。方法]将54例入选的不能进行手术治疗的原发性肝癌患者随机分为两组,分别采用三维适形放疗和常规放疗,观察近远期疗效及放疗不良反应。结果]行放疗前,三维适形放疗及常规放疗组无统计学差异;采用三维适形放疗后,患者近期疗效及远期疗效显著好于常规放疗者,不良反应发生率亦低于常规放疗。结论]三维适形放疗治疗原发性肝癌的效果明显好于常规放疗,具有临床推广价值。

CLINICAL STUDY ON THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL CONFORMAL RADIOTHERAPY AND REGULAR RADIOTHERAPY TO PRIMARY HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA

Objective]To investigate clinical effect of hthree-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and regular radiotherapy to primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods]108 cases were selected randomly and divided into two groups.One group were received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3D-CRT),and the other received regular radiotherapy.Recent effect,remote effect and toxicity response were detected.Results]The survival rate of 3D-CRT group was significantly higher than that of regular radiotherapy group.Toxicity rate of 3D-CRT group was significantly lower than that of regular radiotherapy group.Conclusion]The clinical effect of 3D-CRT on primary hepatocellular carcinoma was significant better than regular radiotherapy.3D-CRT is worthy of clinical application.
