临颍县2009年手足口病疫情流行病学分析

目的]通过分析2009年临颍县手足口病发病情况,探讨该县手足口病的流行规律,为制定相应的预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法]利用国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统的个案资料对2009年1月1日～12月31日本县各医疗机构和县外医疗机构确诊报告的临颍县手足口病疫情资料进行流行病学分析。结果]临颍县2009年1～12月份共报告手足口病病例923例,报告发病率为126.44/10万,重症病例55例,死亡1例;病例主要集中在4～6月,4月为发病高峰,7月有所下降,8、9月呈上升趋势,之后病例数明显下降;男性多于女性,发病年龄多集中于1～4岁儿童,占全部病例的84.83%,其中以1岁年龄组发病例数最多。结论]从传染病流行的3个环节入手,加强知识宣传,提高家长与教师的卫生意识,是有效控制疫情的关键。

2009 SOUTHERN BINGYIQING HAND-FOOT-AND-MOUTH EPIDEMIOLOGY ANALYSIS

Objective]Through the analysis of the hand-foot-and-mouth disease incidence in 2009 of Linying county,we explored the county of hand-foot-and-mouth disease prevalent regularity,and formulated corresponding prevention and control strategy to provide the scientific basis.Methods]Using of the country’s disease monitoring information report management system of case material from 2009 January 1 to December 31,the hand-foot-and-mouth data of each medical institutions and county in Japanese county outside medical organization were analyzed by epidemiological analysis.Results]There was 923 cases with foot and mouth disease in Linying county from January to December,and the incidence was 126.44/100 000,55 patients showed severe cases,1 case died;The cases were mainly concentrated in 4-6 months.The highest peak was April,and declined in July.August and September showed ascendant trend,.The number of cases were decreased obviously;Men were more than women,and the onset ages were focused on 1-4 years,accounted for 84.83%,among them with 1 age group showed the most.Conclusion]From the three links of infectious diseases,we should strengthen the propaganda of knowledge,improve the parents and teachers of health consciousness,and it is the key to effective control outbreaks.
