| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨急性肾盂肾炎并发败血症的临床特点。方法]回顾性分析某院2008年10月～2010年10月收治的25例急性肾盂肾炎并发败血症患者的临床资料,进行急性肾盂肾炎并发败血症的临床分析。结果]25例患者经抗生素治疗后均顺利出院。结论]急性肾盂肾炎并发败血症临床发病急,进展速度快,应当及时进行治疗。同时应重视健康宣教工作,以期最大程度地促进患者的身体康复。

| Abstract: | Objective]To investigate the clinical features of acute pyelonephritis combined with septicemia.Methods]Reviewed the 25 cases with acute pyelonephritis and septicemia from October 2008 to October 2010 in our hospital,and analyzed the clinical data.Results]25 patients were all discharged after the treatment of antibiotic.Conclusion]Acute pyelonephritis combined with septicemia has the features of acute incidence and rapid progress,and it should be treated promptly.At the same time,it should pay attention to health education work in order to maximize the promotion of the patient’s physical rehabilitation. |
