拉氧头孢钠治疗中重度细菌性感染临床疗效评价

目的]探讨拉氧头孢钠治疗中重度细菌性感染的临床疗效。方法]将某院2009年12月～2010年6月收治的120例肺部中重度感染的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用头孢曲松治疗,治疗组采用拉氧头孢钠治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及细菌的清除情况。结果]120例患者分离出的188例菌株中革兰阴性菌最多,其次为革兰阳性菌。治疗组的总有效率为93.3%显著高于对照组的73.3%,P﹤0.05。且治疗组的细菌清除率为86.2%显著高于对照组的52.1%,P﹤0.05。结论]拉氧头孢钠治疗中重度肺部细菌感染的效果较好,其能显著改善患者的临床症状,提高细菌清除率。

CLINICAL EVALUATION OF LATAMOXEF SODIUM IN THE TREATMENT OF SEVERE BACTERIAL INFECTIONS

Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy of Latamoxef sodium in the treatment of severe bacterial infections.Methods]120 patients with moderate and severe lung infection who were treated in our hospital from December 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,control group was used ceftriaxone treatment,while treatment group was used Latamoxef sodium.The clinical efficacy and bacterial clearance situation in two groups were compared.Results]188 strains were isolated from 120 patients,Gram-negative bacteria most,followed by Gram-positive bacteria.The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3% which was significantly higher than the 73.3% in control groups,P﹤0.05.And the bacterial clearance rate in treatment group was 86.2%,which was significantly higher than the 52.1% in control groups,P﹤0.05.Conclusion]The clinical efficacy of Latamoxef sodium in the treatment of severe bacterial infections is good;it can significantly improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and bacterial clearance.
