家具制造业职业病防治健康教育效果评价

目的]通过家具制造业职业病防治健康教育效果的变化,为进一步提高该行业健康教育有效性提供依据。方法]选取某3家家具制造业263名职工以及作业场所职业危害因素监测结果作为研究对象,根据职业卫生知识知晓调查情况,健康行为定期检查结果,企业监测和监护水平,3年后总结干预效果。结果]干预后,职工职业卫生知识知晓率和卫生行为形成率均有很大提高,工作场所主要职业危害因素监测合格率以及暴露职工体检合格率提高水平差异有统计学意义。结论]在家具制造业有针对性开展职业病防治的健康教育工作,能有效地提高工人的职业病防治知识,促进作业环境及作业者健康状况的改善。

EVALUATION ON HEALTH EDUCATION OF OCCUPATIONAL DISEASE PREVENTION IN FURNITURE INDUSTRY

Objective]To know the effects change of health education in furniture industry,and to provide basis for enhancing validity of health education on occupational disease prevention.Methods]263 exposed workers and the workplaces of 3 furniture factories were selected,according to the awareness rate of occupational health knowledge,to the results of health behaviors,to the levels of main occupational hazards qualified rate in the workplaces and physical examination qualified rate of exposed workers,concluded the effects after 3 years.Results]The awareness rate of occupational health knowledge and health behaviors had improved greatly after intervention,the levels of main occupational hazards qualified rate in the workplaces and physical examination qualified rate of exposed workers were significant difference between before and after intervention.Conclusion]The intervention could help workers know much more about knowledge of occupational disease prevention,and improve the level of main occupational hazards qualified rate and physical examination qualified rate of exposed workers.
