| 摘 要： | 非酒精性脂肪肝已成为全世界关注的公共卫生问题,本文主要介绍了近年来几种重要的抗氧化剂如还原型谷胱甘肽、维生素E、甜菜碱、水飞蓟素和大豆异黄酮等用于防治非酒精性脂肪肝的实验研究,以便对抗氧化剂的治疗效果及其机制有较全面的了解。

| Abstract: | Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease has become a public health concern throughout the world.This paper focuses on several important antioxidants for prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease such as glutathione,vitamin E,betaine,silymarin and soy isoflavone,in order to have a more comprehensive understanding about the therapeutic effect of antioxidants. |
