医学生结核病防治知识调查情况分析

[目的]了解医学生结核病知识掌握现状,为制定针对性的教育计划提供依据。[方法]采用整群抽样的方法,随机抽取各年级学生进行问卷调查。[结果]医学生对肺结核的传播途径和主要症状知晓率相对较高,但对结核病的专业知识仍很缺乏,30.28%的学生不了解肺结核的确诊手段,69.97%的学生不知道DOTS(directly observed treatment short-course全程督导短程化学治疗)的定义;多数学生对结核病的认知态度是对的,但仍有61.70%的学生对肺结核存在着恐惧心理;96.69%的学生希望从教科书和教师讲授途径获得结核病知识。[结论]医学院校急需加强结核病相关知识的健康教育。

ANALYSIS OF THE INVESTIGATION ON KNOWLEDGE OF TUBERCULOSIS PREVENTION AND TREATMENTS FOR MEDICAL MAJOR STUDENTS

[Objective]To investigate medical major students’ knowledge of tuberculosis(TB)prevention and treatment could provide us the basis for making a pertinent educational plan.[Methods]The students of every grade were selected by multistage cluster sampling to make an random investigation by using questionnaire.[Results]The proportion of knowing the modes of spread and main symptoms about TB was high among the students,but the majority was still lack enough professtional knowledge on TB or did not master well.The attitude of most students as right about TB,but some students were still afraid of TB to some degree and even discriminate against patients suffering from TB.The main sources of their knowledge were their teachers and text books.[Conclusion]The education of knowledge about TB in medical colleges was badly needed to be strengthened.
