口内切口微型钢(钛)板内固定治疗颌骨骨折疗效观察

目的]探讨口内切口微型钢(钛)板内固定治疗颌骨骨折疗效。方法]选取2008年6月～2010年9月于某院住院治疗的颌骨骨折患者120例,根据患者经济情况84例采取口内切口微型钢(钛)板内固定法为观察组,36例采取钢丝内固定法为对照组,对两组患者颌骨骨折愈合情况进行统计分析。结果]观察组骨折线愈合良好82例(97.62%)情况明显优于对照组28例(77.78%),P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组治疗效果优患者79例(94.05%)明显多于对照组22例(61.11%),P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论]口内切口微型钢(钛)板内固定治疗颌骨骨折能达到良好的骨折愈合情况,临床治疗效果显著,值得推广。

OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECT FOR INTRAORAL INCISION MINI STEEL(TITANIUM)PLATE FIXATION IN THE TREATMENT OF MANDIBULAR FRACTURES

Objective]To investigate the effect for intraoral incision mini steel(titanium)plate fixation in the treatment of mandibular fractures.Methods]120 patients with mandibular fractures from June 2008 to September 2010 in our hospital were chosen as the research subjects.According to patients’ economic circumstances,patients were carried out different surgery modes.84 cases taking oral incision mini steel(titanium)plate fixation were set as the observation group.36 patients taking wire fixation were set as the control group.The situations with mandibular fracture healing in the two groups were taken for statistical analysis.Results]The healing of the fracture line with good behavior were in 82 cases(97.62%),it was obviously better than the control group,which was 28 cases(77.78%),P﹤0.05,there was a statistical significance.The excellent treatment situation in the observation group were in 79 patients(94.05%),the number of patients was significantly more than control group,which was 22 cases(61.11%),P﹤0.05,there was a statistical significance.Conclusion]Intraoral incision mini steel(titanium)plate fixation in the treatment of mandibular fractures can achieve a good healing,there is a significant clinical effect,should be promoted.
