29例鞍区肿瘤患者围手术期的观察护理

[目的]探讨鞍区肿瘤患者围手术期的观察要点和护理对策,提高护理水平和疗效。[方法]回顾性分析2007年10月～2010年10月某院神经外科29例鞍区肿瘤病人病例资料,总结护理方法和特点。[结果]29例鞍区肿瘤病人围手术期经积极护理,积极有效的沟通,治疗均获得满意效果。[结论]鞍区肿瘤病人术后并发症多,病情危重,但合适的治疗方法和围手术期精心护理,能获得满意的治疗效果。

PERI-OPERATIVE NURSING OF 29 CANCER PATIENTS

[Objective]To evaluate the main points of clinical observation and nursing strategies for the sellar tumors patients.[Methods]The clinical data of 29 patients with sellar region tumors were retrospectively analyzed.All of the sellar tumors patients were treated with surgery in our hospital during October 2007 to October 2010.We analyzed the clinical features of these patients,then summarized the main points of clinical observation and nursing strategies for these patients during the peri-operative period.Finally we analyzed the correlation of peri-operative nursing and medical disputes.[Results]After our positive caring and effective communication,all of these patients got satisfactory results,and no medical dispute happened.[Conclusion]Sellar tumors patients usually have many serious complications after operation.Good nursing care and effective communication could effectively cure the cancer patients,and prevent nursing related medical disputes.
