福建省2010年吸毒人群艾滋病哨点监测报告

目的]了解福建省吸毒人群中艾滋病、梅毒、丙肝的流行及危险行为发生情况,为防治策略提供依据。方法]在规定时间内使用统一的哨点问卷对吸毒人群进行调查并检测艾滋病病毒抗体、梅毒螺旋体抗体及丙型肝炎抗体。结果]共调查了1281名吸毒者,艾滋病防治知识总体知晓率为79.1%,不知晓艾滋病防治知识者危险行为发生率高于知晓艾滋病防治知识者(P﹤0.05);干预措施覆盖率为66.8%,未接受干预服务者危险行为发生率高于接受干预服务者(P﹤0.05)。血清学检测结果:3个监测点共检出艾滋病病毒抗体阳性者4例,梅毒螺旋体抗体阳性者105例,丙型肝炎抗体阳性者572例。结论]艾滋病防治知识以及干预措施均对吸毒者危险行为发生率有影响,需进一步加强艾滋病知识宣传,采取干预措施,减少吸毒人群高危行为的发生,控制艾滋病、梅毒及丙肝在吸毒人群中的传播。

SENTINEL SURVEILLANCE REPORT OF AIDS AMONG DRUG USERS IN FUJIAN PROVINCE IN 2010

Objective]To determine the prevalence of AIDS,syphilis and HCV and risk behavior among drug users in Fujian province so as to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment strategies.Methods]Drug users were investigated with the uniform sentinel surveillance questionnaire,and the subjects were tested for anti-HIV,anti-HCV and anti-syphilis within the specified time.Results]The awareness rate of the knowledge related to AIDS of the 1 281 drug users was 79.1% and those who were not aware of AIDS prevention knowledge were more likely to have risk behavior(P﹤0.05).The intervention coverage was 66.8% and those who did not receive intervention services were more likely to have risk behavior(P﹤0.05).Serological test results showed 4 cases of positive HIV antibody,152 cases of positive syphilis antibody and 105 cases of positive HCV antibody were detected.Conclusion]The awareness of the knowledge related to AIDS and the intervention both affect the incidence of risk behaviors of drug users,and we should further strengthen the AIDS awareness education and take further intervention to reduce the incidence of high risk behaviors among drug users so as to control the spread of AIDS,syphilis and HCV.
