阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征及其相关高血压患者血清PON水平的变化

摘    要:目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者及OSAHS相关高血压(OSAHAHT)患者血清对氧磷酶(PON)水平的变化。方法选择健康对照组、OSAHS及OSAHAHT患者各20例,血清PON水平用酶联免疫吸附试验测定,且与睡眠监测有关指标进行相关分析。结果与健康对照组比较,OSAHS及OSAHAHT患者血清PON浓度均显著降低(P均<0.01)。OSAHS及OSAHAHT患者血清PON水平与反映睡眠呼吸暂停严重程度的指标具有相关性(P<0.01)。结论 OSAHS及OSAHAHT患者存在血清PON水平变化,体内有氧化应激反应的发生,血清PON水平可以反应OSAHS患者的病情严重程度。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the change of serum paraoxonase(PON) level in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) and obsturctive sleep apnea-hypopnea associated hypertension(OSAHAHT).Methods Forty patients with OSAHS and twenty cases with OSAHAHT were included randomly in this study,and 20 health subjects were included as control group.Serum PON levels of patients from all groups were measured.The relationship between serum PON levels and the indices of polysomnography was analyzed.Results The serum levels of PON were decreased in pateints with OSAHS and OSAHAHT compared with those in control group(P<0.01).The serum PON levels in patients with OSAHS and OSAHAHT were correlated significantly with the indexes of polysomnography which reflected the severity of obstructive sleep apnea(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum PON levels in patients with OSAHS and OSAHAHT are changed and have oxidative stress,the PON levels can reflect the severity of the disease.
