利多卡因联合安定行支气管纤支镜检查的临床观察

摘    要:目的研究利多卡因联合安定行支气管镜检查对患者呼吸与循环的影响。方法 80例支气管镜检查患者分两组:对照组(I组40例)和安定组(Ⅱ组40例),I组为单用利多卡因行局部表面麻醉,Ⅱ组采用利多卡因局部表面麻醉联合安定肌注组,采用多功能监护仪监测对比两组患者术前、术中及术后心率、血压、呼吸、血氧饱和度的变化。结果Ⅱ组麻醉后患者能在无痛苦中接受检查,两组在术中心率、血压、血氧饱和度、呼吸的变化差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);两组在术后心率、呼吸的变化差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。而血压、血氧饱和度的变化差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论采用利多卡因联合安定麻醉下行支气管镜检查,麻醉镇静效果好,是一种相对安全的麻醉方法。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF LIDOCAINE COMBINE WITH DIAZEPAM DURING BRONCHOSCOPY

Abstract:Objective To study the lidocaine compare with Diazepam affect on patients’ respiration and circulation during bronchoscopy.Methods 80 patients with bronchoscopy were divided into two groups: control group(Group I,n =40 cases) and the diazepam group(group II,n =40 cases),patients in Group I were performed local surface anesthesia with single lidocaine,patients in group II were performed with lidocaine surface anesthesia combined with Diazepam,using a multifunctional monitor to monitor and compare the patients of two groups with preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative heart rate,blood pressure,respiration,blood oxygen saturation changes.Results In group Ⅱ anesthesia patients feel without pain when examination,the heart rate,blood pressure,oxygen saturation,breathing changes were significantly difference intraoperative between the two groups(P < 0.05);and the heart rate changes as well as breathing were also significantly difference between the two groups in postoperative(p < 0.05).Blood pressure,oxygen saturation changes were no significantly differences(p > 0.05).Conclusion The effection of using Lidocaine combine with Diazepam on anesthesia during bronchoscopy is good,and it is a relatively safe method of anesthesia.
