妊娠合并子宫肌瘤孕足月分娩68例临床分析

目的探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤孕足月分娩的临床治疗。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月～2010年12月收治的妊娠合并子宫肌瘤孕足月的患者68例临床资料进行分析。结果 68例患者经阴道分娩28例,剖宫产40例,同时行肌瘤剔除术32例,单纯剖宫产8例,其中2例位于阔韧带内,2例肌瘤靠近子宫动静脉旁,1例近宫颈处,1例近宫角部,2例为子宫后壁下段肌壁间肌瘤,肌瘤直径0.5～9.0 cm,68例均痊愈出院,均无产后出血,病理检查标本为子宫平滑肌瘤。结论妊娠合并子宫肌瘤不是剖宫产指征,对于剖宫产时是否同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术,应根据应根据肌瘤生长的大小、部位、术者熟练程度以及产妇的状态综合考虑后作决定。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON 68 CASES PREGNANCY COMPLICATED WITH UTERINE MYOMA FULL-TERM DELIVERY

Objective To investigate the pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma full-term delivery clinical treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2005 January to 2010 December were full term pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma patients with the clinical data of 68 cases analysis.Results 68 cases of patients with 28 cases of vaginal delivery,cesarean section in 40 cases,and 32 cases of myomectomy,simplex cesarean section in 8 cases,including 2 cases in the broad ligament leiomyoma,2 cases of uterine arteriovenous side near,1 cases of near 1 cases cervical,in the uterus,2 cases posterior uterine wall segment of intramural fibroids fibroid,diameter 0.5 ～ 9.0 cm,68 cases were cured,no postpartum hemorrhage,pathological examination of the specimen for uterine leiomyoma.Conclusion Pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma than cesarean section indications for cesarean section,whether the same row myomectomy,should be based on the according to leiomyoma growth size,site,with proficiency and maternal condition considering to make decisions.
