利福平注射液比较利福平胶囊治疗初治空洞型肺结核疗效分析

[目的]分析比较利福平注射液与利福平胶囊治疗初治空洞性肺结核的疗效分析。[方法]回顾性分析某院自2009年10月～2011年1月收治的64例初始空洞性肺结核患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组两组均32例,两组病人均给予常规治疗,即异烟肼、乙胺丁醇、吡嗪酰胺等。在此基础上,治疗组给予利福平注射液,对照组给予利福平胶囊,治疗后比较痰菌阴转、肺部病灶吸收及不良反应情况。[结果]治疗组胸片吸收病灶总有效率为75.00%,对照组为56.25%(P﹤0.05)。治疗组痰菌组阴转率为90.62%,对照组为65.62%,两组比较,P﹤0.05。治疗组出现不良反应共16例(50.0%),对照组出现不良反应24例(75.0%),在胃肠道反应,轻度肝损伤方面比较,P﹤0.05。[结论]利福平注射液治疗初治空洞性肺结核起效迅速、高效、不良反应小,有一定的临床应用价值。

ANALYSIS EFFECTIVENESS ON TREATMENT AND PRELIMINARY TREATMENT OF CAVITY PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS WITH RIFAMPICIN INJECTION AND RIFAMPICIN CAPSUL

[Objective]To analysis the effectiveness on preliminary treatment of cavity pulmonary tuberculosis with rifampicin injection and Rifampicin capsule.[Methods]We retrospectively analyzed 64 cases who had cavity pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our department from October 2009 to January 2011,64 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups of 32 cases in the groups.All cases were given group(fifampiein injection,isoniazide,pyrazinamide and ethambutol).The control group were given rifampicin injection and the other were given Rifampicin.We compared the level of sputum negative conversion,lung radiography and adverse effect in the two groups.[Results]The total effective rates were 75.00% and 56.25% in the control and experimental groups(P﹤0.05).The rates of sputum negative conversion were 90.62% and 65.62% in the control and experimental groups(P﹤0.05).The adverse effect rates of gastrointestinal tract and Hepatic function abnormal,which had significant difference(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]treatment and preliminary treatment of cavity pulmonary tuberculosis with rifampicin injection has the features of fast action,higher efficiency,little side effects,which has preferable practical value of the clinical application.
