| 摘 要： | 对管理者来说,能有效地预防、控制和处理危机,就能为社区卫生服务机构赢得信誉与效益。本文阐述了社区卫生服务机构公共危机发生的原因,并成功应用HACCP原理对目前社区卫生服务机构普遍存在的危机管理现状进行分析,并提出了相应建议和对策。

| Abstract: | For managers,effective prevention and solution on crisis can bring trust and benefits to the community health services.By the theory of HACCP,this paper elaborates the reasons for the public crisis,analyzes the causes of crisis in the community health services,and proposes corresponding recommendations and countermeasures. |
