| 摘 要： | 目的]观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(monosialotetrahexosylganglioside,GM1)联合巴曲酶注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法]急性脑梗死(ACI)患者80例,随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(30例)。均给予一般治疗;治疗组在一般治疗基础上加用巴曲酶注射液联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂,观察临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分(NFDS)的改变。结果]两组神经功能缺损评分均有所改善,但治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论]巴曲酶、单唾液四己糖神经节苷脂联合应用治疗急性脑梗死,疗效明显优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective]To study the therapeutic effect of Monosialoganglioside-GM1 with Batroxobin injection for treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods]Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into combination group(n = 50)and the control group(n = 30).The treatment group was given Batroxobin with Monosialoganglioside-GM1 based on the general treatment.Observation the changes of the clinical therapeutic effects and neurological functional deficit scores in every group before and after treatment.Results]The total clinical effective rate in combination group was higher than that of the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion]Monosialoganglioside-GM1 with Batroxobin injection had obvious therapeutic effect on acute cerebral infarction,and its effect was better than that by the general treatment. |
