2型糖尿病早期肾损害患者血清胱抑素C与尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值的检查意义

[目的]探讨血清胱抑素C与尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值对诊断2型糖尿病早期肾损害患者的临床诊断价值。[方法]选取2009年5月～2010年10月于某院内分泌科住院治疗的2型糖尿病尿蛋白定性试验为阴性患者60例为观察组,选择体检健康人60例作为对照组,分别对两组患者血清胱抑素C与尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值进行检测,将检测结果进行统计分析。[结果]观察组患者Cys-C与mAlb/Cr检测结果分别为(0.95±0.24)mg/L、(0.75±0.42)mg/mmol,较对照组(1.62±0.34)mg/L、(12.42±10.37)mg/mmol,差异有统计学意义,P﹤0.05。[结论]Cys-C联合mAlb/Cr检测能提高对T2DM早期肾损害诊断的敏感性,具有较高临床意义,值得推广。

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE DETECTION FOR THE RATIO OF SERUM CYSTATIN C AND URINARY ALBUMIN/CREATININE IN TYPE 2 DIABETES PATIENTS WITH EARLY RENAL DAMAGE

[Objective]To investigate the clinical diagnosis value of the ratio of serum cystatin C and urinary albumin/creatinine in type 2 diabetes patients with early renal damage.[Methods]60 patients of type 2 diabetes with negative qualitative urine protein test in Endocrine Department of our hospital from May 2009 to October 2010 were chosen as the observation group.60 cases of healthy physical examination were chosen as the control group.Respectively tested for the ratio of serum cystatin C and urinary albumin/creatinine,and the test results were taken for statistical analysis.[Results]Cys-C and mAlb/Cr of patients in the observation group test results were(0.95 ± 0.24)mg/L,(0.75 ± 0.42)mg/mmol,compared with the control group(1.62 ± 0.34)mg/L,(12.42 ± 10.37)mg/mmol,there was a significant difference,P﹤0.05.[Conclusion]Cys-C jointed mAlb/Cr detection can improve the sensitivity of diagnosis for early renal damage of T2DM,which is with high clinical significance,and worthy of promotion.
