喉腔滴药、超声雾化联合音频治疗慢性喉炎的临床研究

[目的]探讨喉腔滴药、超声雾化联合音频治疗慢性喉炎的临床疗效。[方法]选择2009年1月～2010年1月某院收治的130例慢性喉炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组采用喉腔滴药加超声雾化治疗,观察组在此基础上联用音频治疗。比较两组临床疗效。[结果]观察组痊愈率为38.5%(25/45),总有效率为100.0%(45/45),对照组分别为21.5%(14/45),90.8%(59/45),差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为6.2%(4/65),观察组为4.6%(3/65),差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]喉腔滴药、超声雾化联合音频治疗慢性喉炎能发挥协同作用,显著提高疗效,且方便经济,无不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

CLINICAL RESEARCH OF LARYNGEAL CAVITY INSTILLATION,ULTRASONIC NEBULIZATION COMBINED WITH AUDIO THERAPY IN TREATMENT OF CHRONIC LARYNGITIS

[Objective]To investigate the clinical curative effect of laryngeal cavity instillation,ultrasonic nebulization combined with audio in treatment of chronic laryngitis treated.[Methods]130 cases of chronic laryngitis patients as the subjects in our hospital from 2009 January-2010 January were randomly divided into control group and observation group,65 cases in each group.The control group was given the laryngeal cavity instillation with ultrasonic atomization treatment,based on the methods,observation group was added with audio therapy.Compared the clinical curative effect in two groups.[Results]The cure rate in the study group was 38.5%(25/45),the total effective rate was 100%(45/45),which in the control group were 21.5%(14/45),90.8%(59/45)respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 6.2%(4/65),which in the observation group was 4.6%(3/65),the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]The laryngeal cavity instillation,ultrasonic nebulization combined with audio in treating chronic laryngitis can exert a synergistic effect,improve the efficacy,be convenient and economic,with no adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical use.
