| Abstract: | The paper introduces the development situation of medical APP and the research status of consumer satisfaction, analyzes the influencing factors of user satisfaction based on the online review text of Dingxiang Doctor APP, and puts forward suggestions, including improving core image building and brand recognition, strengthening response timeliness, etc. |
