| Abstract: | The paper introduces the characteristics of medical insurance payment policy under the mode of Diagnosis-Intervention Packet(DIP)and its influence on hospital operation and management, analyzes the problems existing in hospital operation and management, expounds the methods and paths of constructing the data management system and standards of hospital operations based on the data management knowledge system of Data Management Association(DAMA), and puts forward the prospect of future development. |
