| 摘 要： | 介绍突发公共卫生事件网络舆情的定义及国内外研究现状,结合生命周期理论和信息传播理论构建突发公共卫生事件网络舆情分类指标体系,通过基于系统聚类的实证研究,分析总结3类公共卫生事件网络舆情特点并分别提出应对建议。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the definition of online public opinion for public health emergencies and the research status at home and abroad, constructs the classification index system of online public opinion for public health emergencies by combining the life cycle theory and information transmission theory. Through the empirical research based on systemic clustering, the characteristics of online public opinion for three types of public health events are analyzed and summarized, and corresponding suggestions are put forward respectively. |
