冰己抑瘤丸联合三维适形放疗同步替莫唑胺化疗治疗恶性脑胶质瘤临床研究

目的：观察冰己抑瘤丸联合三维适形放疗（3DCRT） 同步替莫唑胺（TMZ） 化疗治疗恶性脑胶质瘤患者的临床疗效。方法：将80例恶性脑胶质瘤患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组予以3DCRT同步TMZ化疗，观察组在对照组基础上予以冰己抑瘤丸治疗，均治疗42 d。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应及1年死亡率，并比较2组治疗前后血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、表皮生长因子受体（EGFR） 水平。结果：观察组总有效率75.00%，高于对照组62.50% （P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组血清VEGF、EGFR 水平均降低（P＜0.05），且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组1 年死亡率为5.00%，低于对照组22.50% （P＜0.05）。结论：恶性脑胶质瘤患者予以冰己抑瘤丸联合3DCRT同步TMZ化疗临床疗效显著，具有较高的安全性，远期疗效良好。

Clinical Study on Bingji Yiliu Pills Combined with Three-Dimensional ConformalRadiotherapy and Temozolomide Chemotherapy for Malignant Brain Glioma

Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Bingji Yiliu Pills combined with three-dimensionalconformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) and Temozolomide (TMZ) chemotherapy on malignant brain glioma.Methods： A total of 80 patients with malignant brain glioma were divided into the control group and theobservation group by random number table method， with 40 cases in each group. The control group wastreated with 3DCRT and TMZ chemotherapy，and the observation group was additionally treated with BingjiYiliu Pills based on the treatment of the control group. The treatment lasted for 42 days. The clinical effects，adverse reactions and 1-year mortality were compared between the two groups，and the levels of serumvascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) were also comparedbefore and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 75.00% in the observation group，higherthan that of 62.50% in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，the serum VEGF and EGFR levels in thetwo groups were decreased (P＜0.05)，and the above two levels in the observation group were lower thanthose in the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adversereactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). The 1-year mortality was 5.00% in the observation group，lower than that of 22.50% in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion： Bingji Yiliu Pills combined with3DCRT and TMZ chemotherapy has a significant clinical effect on patients with malignant brain glioma，withgreat safety and long-term effect.
