| 摘 要： | 从信息管理涉及的法律法规以及应急信息管理机构、管理机制、管理系统等方面对美国、英国、日本3个典型国家在突发事件应急信息管理建设中的经验进行梳理总结,以期为我国应急信息管理制度发展与完善提供参考。

| Abstract: | The paper combs and summarizes the experience of emergency information management concluded in three typical countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan, from the aspects of laws and regulations involved in information management, emergency information management institutions, management mechanisms and management systems, in order to provide references for the development and improvement of emergency information management system in China. |
