| 摘 要： | 白细胞介素-18(IL-18),最初被称为干扰素诱导因子(IGIF),它在结构上与IL-1同源,被半胱氨酸蛋白酶-1(caspase-1)催化成熟,是一种重要的前炎性细胞因子。在缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)后其表达明显增强,促进了HIBD后炎性反应的发生及损伤的发展。近年来,IL-18在HIBD中的作用被广泛关注。本文主要就IL-18与HIBD的关系作一综述。

| Abstract: | Interleukin-18(IL-18) is a cytokine which was initially described as IFN-γ inducing factor(IGIF).IL-18 having structural homology with IL-1 is an important proinflammatory cytokine and matured by catalysis of caspase-1.IL-18 has increased expression obviousely in HIBD and promote the occurrence and development of inflammatory reaction in HIBD.Nowdays,the effect of IL-8 in HIBD is attracting more attention.This article reviews the relationship between IL-18 and HIBD. |
