美沙拉秦缓释颗粒加锡类散灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎35例分析

目的 观察美沙拉秦缓释颗粒加用锡类散灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法 对确诊溃疡性结肠炎35例患者，采用美沙拉秦缓释颗粒1g，每日4次口服，同时加用生理盐水100ml，锡类散1g，2％普鲁卡因10ml保留灌肠治疗，每晚1次，4周1个疗程。结果 治疗3～6个月后肠镜判定治愈22例（62．9％），有效11例（31．4％），无效2例（5．7％），总有效率达94．28％。结论 美沙拉秦缓释颗粒加用锡类散灌肠是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的有效方法。

The therapeutic of taking Etiasa and clyster of Xileisan for ulcerative colitis in 35 cases

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of taking Etiasa and clyster of Xileisan for ulcerative colitis.Methods 35 patients with ulcerative colitis took Etiasa,the dosage was 1g,4 times in every night with nor- mal saline 100ml and Xileisan 1g and 2 % procaine 10ml.The course of treatment lasted 4 weeks.Results Accord- ing to the symptoms and the diagnosis by enterscope after 3 to 6 months treatments,we found that in 35 cases,22 cases(62.9%)were cured and 11 cases(31.4%)were improved and 2 casas(5.7%)were null.The effective rate of all the 35 cases was 94.28%.Conclusion Taking Etiasa and the clyster of Xileisan is an ideal method for treatment of ulcerative colitis.
