难治性癫痫患者脑电图表现及病因分析

目的 分析难治性癫痫患者脑电图表现及病因.方法 选67例难治性癫痫患者的EEG资料,观察其波幅、频率、波形、位相差、背影波及各种诱发试验情况.结果 67例中,5例正常,62例异常,典型痫样放电19例,非特异性异常43例.儿童组典型痫样放电检出率明显高于成年组,在病程≥5年组中典型痫样放电检出率明显高于病程＜5年者.结论 难治性癫痫EEG表现结果以非特异性异常波较常见,典型痫样放电较少见,异常波的检出与发病年龄、病程长短有密切关系.

Electroencephalogram Expression and Analysis of Cause of Refractory Epilepsy

Objective To analyse the EEG expression and the cause of refractory epilepsy. Methods We collected the EEG informations of 67 cases of refractory epilepsy and observed the amplitude, the frequency, the waveform, the phase difference, and several provocative test instances. Results In the EEG information of 67 cases ,5 cases normal,62 cases abnormal, 19 cases showed typical epiletiform discharges,43 cases showed nonspecificity abnormity, the younger patients showed more typical epilerion discharge than adult patients, there was significant difference in EEG which showed typical epiletiform discharge between groups of the course of epilepsy no less than 5 years and group of the course less than 5 years. Conclusion In the EEG information of refractory epilepsy, most showed nonsepecific abnormality, a little showed typical epilection discharge, the abnormal wave expression was relatied to ages and courses of the patients.
