| 摘 要： | 目的:研究探讨复方大黄膏对皮肤的毒性作用。方法:利用健康SD大鼠进行皮肤急性毒性试验;用健康大耳白兔进行皮肤刺激性试验;用健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验。结果:复方大黄膏对健康SD大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤均无急性毒性反应;对健康白兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤无刺激;对健康豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论:复方大黄膏对皮肤无急性毒性和刺激作用,也无致敏作用,用于痤疮等皮肤疾患的治疗是安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the toxic effect of compound Daihuang ointment on cutis.Method:SD rat,rabbit and guinea pig were used to test acute toxic,stimulative,and hypersusceptible reaction in treated by compound Daihuang ointment,respectively.Results:the Result showed that compound Daihuang ointment has no acute toxicity,stimulative,and hypersusceptibility reaction to difference species animal,either in full cutis or injured cutis.Conclution: compound Daihuang ointment is a safety drug in treatment such desieases as acne. |
