摘    要:目的 针对巨大前列腺的开放手术探索一种有效的止血方法.方法 在87例巨大前列腺的开放手术中,用无水酒精注射加荷包缝合法止血,比较其与传统方法的优缺点.结果 87例手术术中出血量明显减少,平均仅为210ml,术后继发出血仅一例,术后膀胱冲洗液转清时间明显缩短,平均仅为1.5小时,随访2~3年无1例出现膀胱颈挛缩狭窄的情况.结论 对于巨大前列腺的开放手术,无水酒精注射加荷包缝合止血法具有操作简便、止血可靠、术后护理方便等优点,并可避免术后膀胱颈口挛缩狭窄等并发症,值得推广.

Abstract:Objective To introduce an effective hemostasis technique in the gigantic prostate opening operation. Methods 87 cases of the gigantic prostate opening operation, anhydrous alcohol injection combining pouch surure hemostasis and comparing the advantage and disadvantage with the traditional technique. Results Of the 87 cases, the blood loss is obviously lessen, averaged 210ml, only one case bleeds after operation. The time that the bladder scour liquid gets clear is evidently shorten, mean 1.5 hours. All the patients have been followed up for 2-3 years, no one developed the bladder neck contracture stricture. Conclusions Anhydrous alcohol injection combining pouch surure hemostasis is characterized by simple operation, reliable hemostasis, conveient nursing in the gigantic prostate opening opration. The procedure can avoid the bladder neck contracture stricture after operation and cab be widely spreaded.
