护理干预前后老年糖尿病患者便秘发生的对比分析

目的探讨护理干预对老年糖尿病患者便秘发生的影响。方法以自制调查问卷对129例老年糖尿病患者便秘情况进行调查。同时由专人通过一对一健康指导、板报、讲小课等方式进行护理干预,干预前后对其排便情况进行对比分析。结果通过护理干预,老年糖尿病患者便秘发生率由入院时的32.6%下降至10.1%(P<0.01);其中血糖控制满意者(n=77)便秘发生率降至7.8%,血糖控制欠满意者(n=52)便秘发生率降至13.5%,前者较后者下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论注重对糖尿病患者排便知识的宣教,加强血糖控制,能有效降低糖尿病患者便秘的发生率,提高其生活质量。

The change analysis of constipation in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus after nursing intervention

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention to prevalence of constipation in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred and twenty-nine elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were investigated by self-made questionnaire. Health instruction and education were given to those patients by medical staff. The prevalence of constipation was compared before and after nursing intervention. Results After nursing intervention, the prevalence of constipation in elderly diabetic patients reduced from 32.6% to 10.1% （P 〈 0.01 ）. Among them, the prevalence of constipation in those patients with satisfactory blood glucose control （ n = 77） was 7.8 %, significantly lower than that of unsatisfactory blood glucose control group （ 13.5% P 〈 0.05 ）＇. Conclusion Enhancing health education and blood glucose control in elderly diabetic patients could effectively reduce the prevalence of constipation, and is beneficial to their life quality.
